Step 1 — Download the Plugin
A free WordPress plugin — no code, no configuration needed
The DashWoo Tracker plugin adds real-time visitor tracking to your WooCommerce store in one click. Ultra-lightweight (~600 bytes), loads asynchronously, zero impact on store speed.
Step 2 — Install & Activate in WordPress
Takes under a minute — no coding required
- In your WordPress admin, go to Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin
- Upload the
dashwoo.zipfile and click Install Now - Click Activate Plugin
- Go to Settings → DashWoo Tracker and enable tracking — that's it!
Step 3 — Verify
After activating the plugin, open your store in a browser tab and wait 30 seconds, then check:

Default Date Range
The range selected automatically when you open the dashboard.
Timezone
Used for date boundaries when filtering orders.

Net sales for the selected period.
Total Orders
Number of paid orders in the period.
Average Order Value
Revenue ÷ orders for the period.
Conversion Rate
Average orders per customer for the selected period.
Sales Heatmap
7×24 grid showing order density by day and hour.
Recent Orders Feed
Live scrollable list of recent orders with search and filters.
Facebook Ads ROI
Ad spend vs WooCommerce revenue — ROAS, cost per order and net profit.
Chart
Default view for the main sales chart.
Default Metric
Which metric the chart shows when you first open the dashboard.
Default View
Whether the chart opens in daily or hourly mode.
Orders Feed
Controls the Recent Orders section auto-refresh.
Auto-Refresh Interval
How often the orders feed silently refreshes in the background.

Cache
API responses are cached locally to speed up the dashboard.
Clear Data Cache
Forces the dashboard to re-fetch fresh data from WooCommerce on next load. Also clears visitor tracking session cache.

Your name and email address.
Display Name
Shown in the sidebar greeting.
Email Address
A confirmation link will be sent to the new address.
Change Password
Use a strong password you don't use elsewhere.
Sessions
Manage active login sessions across all devices.
Sign Out All Devices
Ends all active sessions everywhere, including this one.
Danger Zone
These actions are permanent and cannot be undone.
Delete Account
Permanently deletes your account, all store connections, and all data. This cannot be reversed.

Connect your ad account to see spend, ROAS and profit in the dashboard.
